This diet plan is really simple as the diet is based on cucumber. Yes! Whenever you feel hungry have cucumber to avoid hunger pangs. Only a few more ingredients are included in the diet along with cucumbers. This diet only lasts for 14 days which promises amazing results. But, it also depends on the level of physical activities combined with this salad diet. The cucumber salad can be eaten as much as you want on this diet.
This diet is highly beneficial and keeps the body well hydrated.
The other ingredients required for the diet are :
- 150gm of tuna or 2 boiled eggs or 150 gm of chicken breast
- 3 slices of whole grain
- bread or 2 boiled potatoes
- 500 gm of organic fruits
Beverage advise for the diet
- Tea and coffee without sugar or plain water can be consumed
- Avoid alcohol, soft drinks and candies
- You can eat an unlimited amount of cucumbers in any form for lunch and dinner
- So whenever, you are hungry just go for cucumbers
Menu and Diet portion advise for the day
Breakfast: A bowl of cucumber salad + 2 hard-boiled eggs
Brunch: One big apple or peach, or 5 plums or any other seasonal fruit (not more than 200g)
Lunch: A bowl of cucumber salad + Toasted whole grain bread
Snack: Cucumber smoothie
Dinner: Any choice of your fruit up to 300 gm

How To Make a Spicy Cucumber Salad?
- 400 gm of cucumber
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- Few chopped garlic pieces
- 1 spoon of honey
- Pinch of salt
- Red chili flakes
Method to make the dressing
Combine honey, garlic, salt, red chili flakes and Greek yogurt together.
Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces in a bowl. Pour in the dressing and toss well. Serve the salad on Iceberg lettuce.
How To Make A Cucumber smoothie ?
- 2 cucumbers
- Few spinach leaves
- 2 Apples
- Fresh chopped ginger
- Almonds and walnuts(optional)
- Pinch of salt
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and your smoothie is ready. You can sprinkle almonds and walnut pieces on top!
